L\u2019ortie, gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 sa richesse en min\u00e9raux et en chlorophylle, peut accompagner cette phase.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Elle ne \u201cd\u00e9toxifie\u201d pas par magie, mais elle soutient les fonctions naturelles du corps.
