Rien de \u00ab grave \u00bb sur le papier, mais suffisamment g\u00eanant pour impacter son quotidien : digestion difficile, ballonnements, fatigue\u2026 Tr\u00e8s vite, elle s\u2019est tourn\u00e9e vers des solutions naturelles, convaincue que l\u2019alimentation pouvait jouer un r\u00f4le cl\u00e9.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:12px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>Au d\u00e9but, j\u2019\u00e9tais sceptique. J\u2019ai d\u00e9couvert que derri\u00e8re ce qu\u2019on appelle simplement \u201cdigestion\u201d se cache en r\u00e9alit\u00e9 un \u00e9cosyst\u00e8me complexe : le microbiote intestinal, compos\u00e9 de milliards de bact\u00e9ries essentielles \u00e0 notre \u00e9quilibre.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Si le sujet t\u2019int\u00e9resse, l\u2019<a href=\"https:\/\/www.inserm.fr\/dossier\/microbiote-intestinal-flore-intestinale\/\">Inserm<\/a> explique tr\u00e8s bien ce r\u00f4le cl\u00e9.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Le saviez-vous ?<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>On estime que notre intestin contient <strong>autant de neurones que le cerveau d\u2019un chat<\/strong>. Mon astuce : les consommer moulues dans un yaourt ou un smoothie pour une meilleure assimilation. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">\ud83e\udd6c Les aliments ferment\u00e9s : des probiotiques naturels<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>K\u00e9fir, kombucha, choucroute\u2026 Ces aliments regorgent de bonnes bact\u00e9ries.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ma m\u00e8re en consomme presque tous les jours. Son favori ?
