Surtout pendant le je\u00fbne. \u00c0 la rupture, elle est presque symbolique. Une douceur naturelle qui relance la machine en douceur. Pas un choc. Pas un pic brutal. Juste l\u2019\u00e9nergie qu\u2019il faut pour repartir.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-columns is-layout-flex wp-container-core-columns-is-layout-28f84493 wp-block-columns-is-layout-flex\">\n<div class=\"wp-block-column is-layout-flow wp-block-column-is-layout-flow\">\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Mais mon vrai rituel se joue avant le d\u00e9but du je\u00fbne<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>La veille, je pr\u00e9pare un bol simple : skyr, flocons d\u2019avoine, graines de chia et dattes coup\u00e9es en morceaux. Je laisse reposer toute la nuit au frigo. Pas de fringale nerveuse. Une \u00e9nergie plus stable, plus ma\u00eetris\u00e9e. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>J&rsquo;ai \u00e9galement remarqu\u00e9 qu&rsquo;on associe souvent la datte \u00e0 une p\u00e9riode pr\u00e9cise de l\u2019ann\u00e9e. Pourtant, je me suis rendu compte qu\u2019elle m\u00e9rite sa place dans mon alimentation toute l\u2019ann\u00e9e. Derri\u00e8re sa douceur naturelle, elle m\u2019apporte le boost qu&rsquo;il me faut, des fibres et des min\u00e9raux qui m\u2019aident \u00e0 tenir la journ\u00e9e, surtout quand je l\u2019int\u00e8gre intelligemment \u00e0 ma routine.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Avec le temps&#8230;<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>J\u2019ai compris que ce n\u2019\u00e9tait pas seulement une tradition, mais un vrai choix nutritionnel. Et que vous je\u00fbniez ou non, vous pouvez vous aussi en faire un alli\u00e9 du quotidien. Ne r\u00e9servez pas les dattes \u00e0 une occasion particuli\u00e8re : gardez-les dans vos placards, ajoutez-les \u00e0 vos petits-d\u00e9jeuners ou \u00e0 vos collations.
