Verdict apr\u00e8s deux semaines de crash-test.<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Le mois de f\u00e9vrier est souvent celui de tous les dangers pour notre batterie interne : manque de lumi\u00e8re, froid persistant et fatigue accumul\u00e9e. Pour beaucoup d&rsquo;entre nous, le caf\u00e9 est l&rsquo;unique b\u00e9quille pour \u00e9merger du brouillard matinal. Mais est-il possible de s&rsquo;en passer sans s&rsquo;\u00e9crouler au milieu de la matin\u00e9e ? Sans ma dose habituelle de caf\u00e9ine, un brouillard mental s&rsquo;est install\u00e9 d\u00e8s 10h, accompagn\u00e9 d&rsquo;une l\u00e9g\u00e8re irritabilit\u00e9. Pour compenser, j&rsquo;ai d\u00e9gain\u00e9 mon premier joker : le Matcha. Contrairement au caf\u00e9 qui provoque un pic d&rsquo;adr\u00e9naline suivi d&rsquo;un \u00ab\u00a0crash\u00a0\u00bb de fatigue, le Matcha contient de la L-th\u00e9anine. Cet acide amin\u00e9 favorise une vigilance calme et une concentration prolong\u00e9e sur plusieurs heures. Cette micro-algue est une v\u00e9ritable p\u00e9pite nutritionnelle, riche en fer et en prot\u00e9ines v\u00e9g\u00e9tales.
