Tour d\u2019horizon de trois initiatives qui utilisent le jeu pour rendre la sant\u00e9 plus engageante.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La gamification n\u2019est plus un simple buzzword dans le secteur de la sant\u00e9. Derri\u00e8re le terme, on trouve des applications tr\u00e8s concr\u00e8tes qui transforment des t\u00e2ches contraignantes \u2013 prise de m\u00e9dicaments, activit\u00e9 physique, r\u00e9\u00e9ducation \u2013 en exp\u00e9riences plus motivantes. Le patient re\u00e7oit des rappels de prise, gagne des points lorsqu\u2019il respecte son traitement, d\u00e9bloque des badges de progression et visualise ses \u201cs\u00e9ries\u201d de jours r\u00e9ussis. L\u2019id\u00e9e : lutter contre l\u2019oubli et la lassitude, en offrant une gratification imm\u00e9diate et une vision claire de ses efforts au quotidien. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Deuxi\u00e8me exemple : les applis de\u00a0<strong>self-management du diab\u00e8te type \u00ab\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/apps.apple.com\/fr\/app\/mysugr-suivi-du-diab%C3%A8te\/id516509211\">MySugr<\/a>\u00a0\u00bb ou applis de \u00ab\u00a0coaching diab\u00e8te\u201d<\/strong>. Ici, l\u2019utilisateur enregistre sa glyc\u00e9mie, ses repas, son activit\u00e9 physique et se voit proposer des objectifs quotidiens ou hebdomadaires, sous forme de d\u00e9fis et de missions. Pens\u00e9s comme des \u201cserious games\u201d, ils proposent des exercices de mouvement, d\u2019\u00e9quilibre ou de coordination sous forme de mini-jeux : attraper des objets, \u00e9viter des obstacles, suivre un parcours dans un environnement virtuel. Pour les patients en <a href=\"https:\/\/www.kinequantum.com\/\">r\u00e9\u00e9ducation<\/a> apr\u00e8s un AVC ou une op\u00e9ration, cela permet de prolonger l\u2019effort, de mieux accepter la r\u00e9p\u00e9tition des exercices, et d\u2019obtenir des scores qui mat\u00e9rialisent les progr\u00e8s au fil des s\u00e9ances.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En toile de fond, un m\u00eame enjeu : <strong>concilier exigence m\u00e9dicale et exp\u00e9rience ludique<\/strong>, sans trivialiser la maladie ni culpabiliser le patient.
